★ Crossbelt sorter
Introduction
Crossbelt sorter consists of main belt conveyor and transfer belt conveyor. When getting to the sorting position, the transfer belt is running to convey the items out. Because the position of main belt and transfer belt crosses, it is called crossbelt sorter. It is not affected by the item weight, size, friction, crossbelt sorter has wider sortation range, broader aisle, fast off-loading speed, shorter off-loading distance, flexible chutes and induction stations arrangement, accurate and smooth handling.
